Customer Service Representative
( Broker Trainee )

Responsibilities Include: Providing service to our brokerage clients. Research & solve client inquiries at all levels. Assist in the administration of general brokerage operations duties. Various other tasks related to account administration and customer support. Preparing for securities licensing exams - NASD Series 7 and 63.

Requirements: Must have excellent communication skills & be able to contribute to departmental goals of providing high levels of customer satisfaction. College degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.

Licensed Broker / Service Representative

Responsibilities Include: Taking equity and option orders and relaying trade information to clients. Researching and solving client inquiries at all levels. Various other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Individuals should possess extensive knowledge of the Internet and computer applications. Experience in a customer service center is a plus. BA / BS in finance or a related field is preferable. Brokers should have two plus years of experience in a discount brokerage operation and NASD Series 7 and 63 Licenses.
